Prison warder Anguyo, known for allegedly shooting the Deputy Officer in Charge of Kiboga Prisons and others has been arrested in Aru, DR Congo, following a joint security operation (including security operatives in Arua)
Police report indicates that information about Anguyo was obtained from his girlfriends and Brother who were detained during investigations.
