Belgium overturned a two-goal deficit and scored from the penalty spot deep into extra time to beat Senegal 3-2 on Wednesday in the biggest comeback of the World Cup so far.

Senegal held a 2-0 lead with just 5 minutes of regulation time remaining, but late goals by Romelu Lukaku and Youri Tielemans pushed the round of 32 match into extra time.
Tielemans completed Belgium’s comeback by converting a penalty in the 125th minute of the game – the latest goal in World Cup history.
“I think that’s really, really harsh on Senegal. They’ve had some pretty big decisions to against them, not just here but the Africa Cup of Nations as well,” Canadian commentator Craig Forrest said on the broadcast.
Former Swedish international Zlatan Ibrahimovic said the African nation was “robbed.”
